  • The collaborative represents non-profit, community based agencies who provide behavioral health services for both children and adults. The services provided are residential care, outpatient services, community integration, treatment foster care, crisis services, family and client support. The agencies that make up this collaborative are Youth Alternatives/Ingraham, Sweester, Catholic Charities, KidsPeace and Oxford County Mental Health Services.
